Fifth Harmony’s 7/27 lead single “Work From Home” ascends to No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week, their highest-charting song to date, and it certainly shows no signs of slowing down. On today’s episode of Ellen, the quintet delivered their best performance of “Work” to date just a week before the women bring the scorcher to the big stage at the Billboard Music Awards. Vocally on point, harmonious in presentation as a tightly knit unit, and expertly choreographed, it’s a big win for Fifth Harmony in a year of victories for them.

The Ellen performance is yet another in a string of recent victories for the pop group under their new leadership, Maverick Management, a company that also lists Britney Spears, Madonna, U2, and Pharrell as clients.
