A few days back, psych-country singer Sturgill Simpson released his brooding single “Brace for Impact (Live a Little),” along with the news of a new album, A Sailor’s Guide to Earth. Now, the singer-songwriter has shared the video for that track. Filmed in a murky sepia tone, the clip features Simpson singing alone with a guitar while a series of foreboding images pass over (look out for that shot of the Grim Reaper).
