White Lung Announce New Album, Share ‘Hungry’ Video Starring Amber Tamblyn

Noise-punk collective White Lung have announced the follow-up to their 2014 record, Deep Fantasy. Titled Paradise, their latest is produced by Lars Stalfors (HEALTH, Cold War Kids, Alice Glass) and will be out on May 6 via Domino.

Along with the news of their fourth studio record comes a new single and video called “Hungry.” Directed by Justin Gradin, the clip stars actress Amber Tamblyn (Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants, The Ring) as a haughty girl famous for her face appearing on a milk can.

“‘Hungry’ plays with identity and perception, and the idea that sometimes public attention can create more isolation,” says Gradin of the video. “The video focuses on a self-obsessed girl (who is semi-famous for being on a milk can) as she struggles to stay relevant while being haunted by the ghosts of fame until her eventual epiphany of Disposability.”
