Swedish super-producer and pop legend in the making, Max Martin, has been named the recipient of this year’s Polar Music Prize, awarded in the hit-maker’s home country for “international recognition of excellence in the world of music.” That alone isn’t the angle here, though: In receiving the award, Martin gave an onscreen interview for what seems like the first time in years.
