We’re in the midst of festival lineup announcement season, and joining in on the festivities is one of the most consistently compelling three-day musical weekends every year, Boston Calling. For the festival’s seventh edition, headliners include Sia — one of only two currently announced U.S. dates – as well as Disclosure, Sufjan Stevens, Robyn, Odesza, and more.
Lower on the bill are acts like hip-hop up-and-comer Vince Staples, Minnesotan rapper and lyrical poet Lizzo, the French pop-twisting Christine and the Queens, SPIN Songwriter of the Year Courtney Barnett, Wondaland activist and “Yoga” performer Janelle Monàe, sisterly trio HAIM, and more.
