Arcade Fire and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band held a parade honoring David Bowie in New Orleans on Saturday (Jan. 16). The iconic rocker’s fans filled the streets — many dresses in costume — for the “Pretty Things” second line, celebrating his life and legacy by winding through the city’s famed French Quarter playing instruments and singing his songs.
