Pavement Tribute Band Joined By Actual Pavement Members to Cover ‘Stereo’

During a performance in Nashville last week by the Crooked Corners — a cover band that bill themselves as “The Ultimate Pavement Experience” — they were joined by actual members of Pavement for the ultimate in live experiences, a cover of the 1997 single “Stereo.” Backed up by Steve West on drums and Bob Nastanovich on backing vocals and auxiliary percussion, the performance was totally absurd but a joy to watch.

Check that out here, along with video of “Conduit for Sale,” — also including both Nastanovich and West — and “Range Life,” which featured Nastanovich on tambourine.
