Destruction Unit Burn a Flag, Play With Flares in Surreal ‘Salvation’ Video

Destruction Unit‘s music is a surreal, psychedelic take on punk music that throws typical rules of composition and production to the wind. So that their new video for Negative Feedback Resistor‘s “Salvation” embraces a surreal sort of anarchy really comes as no surprise. Over the course of clips four minutes, there’s a masked figure toying with flares, some disgusting goop, and hey, even some flag-burning for good measure. It’s all bleary and distorted and if you found it on a random VHS tape, you might be terrified. This, fortunately, is relegated to the safe confines of YouTube and you can check it out below alongside their slate of upcoming tour dates.
