Her eminence Beyoncé turned 34 yesterday, and to mark the occasion she put a much sought-after, previously unavailable remix of “Crazy in Love” on Spotify and iTunes. The sultry remix was one of the bright spots of the Fifty Shades of Grey movie and it’s accompanying soundtrack, but until yesterday fans couldn’t just nab Beyoncé’s contribution. It was an album-only purchase on iTunes, and not part of the Spotify stream. Now you can purchase the individual track and stream to your heart’s content. Maybe this all fits with the movie’s S&M themes — the gratification can be so much better if you’re forced to wait for it.
