The news comes in after police executed a search of Thug’s Atlanta home yesterday following the arrest earlier in the day. Police officials have yet to announce exactly what was found at Thug’s residence during the search.

Young Thug was arrested by U.S. Marshalls in Sandy Springs, Georgia on Wednesday morning according to reports from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Police say that the rapper born Jeffery Lamar Williams was apprehended on “an outstanding warrant charging him with terroristic threats.” Few other details about the incident that led to these charges have surfaced at publication time, but he’s reportedly been taken to DeKalb County jail, where he will have a bond hearing.
