Jumpy post-punk revivalists Shopping technically released their debut in November 2013 on their own MiLK Records, and then again in the U.S. via FatCat this past spring, but now they’re coming back ’round the bend with a second effort. The SPIN Artist to Watch‘s sophomore release will be called Why Choose, and they’ve released its fist-throwing, Raincoats-sounding first single today, called “Why Wait?”
Listen to the debut single and scope a list of tour dates below, then look out for Why Choose when it drops on October 2. If you’re internally echoing the song’s impatient sentiments, then you can download it free with a digital pre-order of the forthcoming disc.
