Liam Gallagher Performed a New Song in an Irish Pub

XXXXXXXXXX performs live for fans at the 2014 Big Day Out Festival on January 26, 2014 in Sydney, Australia.

Now that Beady Eye is broken up, Liam Gallagher is pretty much free to do whatever he wants musically — whether that means teaming up with Roger Daltrey or performing a new song in an Irish pub. That’s what the ex-Oasis frontman did earlier this week at J.J. Finan’s in County Mayo, Ireland. While sitting in with some local musicians, he brought out an as-yet-untitled new tune. Some are speculating that one of the lyrics nods to his brother Noel’s Chasing Yesterday. “When I wake up and I hear you say,” he sings. “There’s no love worth chasing yesterday.” Listen to the song and watch the performance below.
