While fans of the Foo Fighters were no doubt disappointed that the group had to cancel their Glastonbury set after Dave Grohl fell off of a stage in Sweden and broke his leg, Florence + the Machine made for a pretty satisfying replacement. Plus, the crowd still got to hear a Foo Fighters song. During her spirited performance, Florence Welch gave a big shout-out to “the legend, and all-around incredible human being, Dave Grohl,” saying he had been incredibly supportive when the band was just starting out, and they were “sending [him] so much love. Welch then dedicated a touching cover of the Foo Fighters’ “Times Like These” to the recovering frontman.
