Garage-pop Nashville outfit Bully is a few days shy of releasing their debut album, Feels Like, and today they’ve released the follow-up single to “Trying.” Showcasing lead singer Alicia Bognanno’s signature howl, “Too Tough” has the bleach-blonde frontwoman seamlessly swinging back and forth between a sorta-gentle high-pitched cry and a series of frustrated cries.
