Well, here’s something you don’t see very often: one late-night show host encouraging his audience to watch a different late-night show. But that’s exactly what happened on Conan last night, which happened to be the same evening as the final Late Show with David Letterman.
“I haven’t done that in all my years on the air,” said Conan, “but record us and switch to Dave!” Watch that video below, and check out the Tallest Man on Earth’s “Sagres” off his just-released album, Dark Bird Is Home. The stirring performance is a worthy competitor to the Foos on the other station.
