Toronto noise-rock outfit METZ are releasing their aptly named sophomore album, METZ II, today, and they shared a new music video to boot. The visuals for “The Swimmer,” off of the new album, look like they came straight out of one of the more gritty corners of the Internet, as they loop in a .GIF-like way. Through little, repetitive snippets, the footage documents the struggles of a haggard-looking man, as he loafs his way through life, a bathtub baptism, and an unfortunate end.
