Kiesza’s in the middle of a cross-country tour with Aussie sensation Betty Who, but the “Hideaway” singer’s taken the time to record a new song for a concept album based on the just-opened Broadway musical Finding Neverland — which, of course, is taken from the 2004 Johnny Depp film of the same name.
Kiesza’s contribution is “Stronger,” an uplifting anthem that allows the Canadian upstart’s vocals to take center stage. There’s an insistent drum beat and a perfectly punctuated chorus that promises the ability to “conquer the demons” without having to “wait much longer.” Hear it below, and check out the track list, too.
