Florence Welch has been chair-ridden for the past month or so, since breaking her foot being a little too David Lee Roth during her performance at Coachella. But you can’t keep a good frontwoman down forever, and indeed, Florence took the stage yesterday on the BBC’s Graham Norton Show in an entirely vertical fashion to play her and her Machine’s soaring new single “Ship to Wreck.” After the rousing performance, she walked all the way over to the set’s couch — hallelujah! — and Norton bickered with guest John Bishop about who should get credit for performing the healing miracle.
