Modest Mouse celebrated the release of their new album Strangers to Ourselves last night by stopping by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon for a rousing performance of the record’s lead single, “Lampshades on Fire.” Though the band brought a fiery energy to Fallon’s stage, no actual lampshades ignited during the band’s show.
