Suge Knight Collapses in Las Vegas Jail Cell

Suge Knight

Only a few days after his arrest last Wednesday, Suge Knight has been hospitalized after collapsing in a Las Vegas jail cell, reportedly due to a blood clot in his chest. At the time of his fall, the Death Row Records co-founder was attempting to seek bail following his being charged last Wednesday with one count of robbery for allegedly stealing an independent celebrity photographer’s camera in Los Angeles last month.

Speaking to reporters outside, Knight’s attorney Julie Raye said, “I don’t think there’s anything life-threatening, but they’re concerned about the blood clot in the lung area.”

Suge is facing life in prison following a run-in with the aforementioned paparazzo. The music mogul also has an earlier felony conviction for armed robbery and assault with a gun. After treatment in Las Vegas, Knight plans to post bail and return to California to face the robbery charges.
