What started as a long-distance collaboration between three friends based out of Providence, New York, and Los Angeles, has now congealed into Wet, a Brooklyn-based R&Beats project. On October 15, the minimalist trio — composed of Kelly Zutrau, Martin Sulkow, and Joe Valle — will drop their debut EP via Neon Gold Records. First, though, comes “No Lie,” a stark slow-burner that keeps the lights dim and the mood even dimmer. Hear it below.
