New York producer Kill the Noise has been diversifying his portfolio of late. Most recently, the electro-step crusher launched a satirical side-project with SPIN friend Dillon Francis dubbed Meowski666 (which charitably aims to give dogs and cats something to twerk to). Now the OWSLA-signed beatmaker is gearing up to share Black Magic Remixed, a set of retooled bangers hailing from his charting 2012 EP BLVCK MVGIC (that’s the bewitching cover art above). First up is a new take on the Brillz & Minxx-featuring “Saturn” courtesy of Miami Diplo collaborators GTA. The genre-smearing duo give the track a newfound upbeat bounce replete with cranked-up bass wobbles, gleeful war-whoops, and bubbly effects. Don’t let those lean spots in the SoundCloud waveform fool ya — this one is heavy. Kill the Noise also touched down at this year’s eye-boggling Electric Daisy Carnival
