Stream GREYJOY’s Dreamy ‘Strangers’

GREYJOY

Australia’s GREYJOY cite the Knife, Chromatics, and Beach House as influences on their brand of ’80s-hued electro-pop. All of those acts’ fingerprints can be found on new single “Strangers,” the third song to surface from the duo’s upcoming self-titled EP, following “Idle Thoughts” and “Distance.” Karlin Courtney and Matt Crockett fuse a gurgling synth pulse to soothing yet forlorn vocals that shine brightest when the sun-soaked chorus washes over them. Hear it below.
