Stream Robin Thicke’s ‘4 the Rest of My Life,’ 2013’s Best New Wedding Song

“Blurred Lines” is Robin Thicke’s tipsy party track — evidenced by its ridiculous music video featuring T.I. and Pharrell — but his music otherwise veers toward Sunday morning blue-eyed soul ballads, a style for which he has long been underappreciated. Enter his new feather-light single “4 the Rest of My Life,” which finds him back in that wheelhouse of perfectly tailored post-nuptial slow dance songs. A logical but not seamless pivot from “Blurred Lines,” which is to say nothing of how it gels with “Give It to Me,” Thicke’s EDM single with Will.i.am, Kendrick Lamar, and 2 Chainz.

Thicke’s forthcoming album has neither a title nor a release date.
