Daft Punk’s Essential new Random Access Memories keeps setting records, and one of them must be for the number of reworkings popping up out there. The French duo have said they’re working on their own remixes, but they’ve also encouraged fans to reinvent the album’s material. The latest remarkable instance is a five-minute medley by Australian keyboardist Joe Jeremiah, who plays bits of every song on the album, 8-bit style. We’d already heard an eight-bit version of lead single “Get Lucky,” but this is the type of ambitious spectacle that would have to make Daft Punk’s robot heads proud.
