Thom Yorke and Nigel Godrich are building up a solid pre-tour froth around the recent release of their debut Atoms for Peace LP Amok. Last week we got to watch the pair perform songs from that album (plus Yorke’s 2006 solo set The Eraser) using a spare DJ-style setup. Now, after bringing their “two turntables and a microphone” act to New York, London, and Berlin, they’ve announced additional stops in Barcelona and Paris.
The still-fresh Atoms for Peace tour dates were expanded as well to include an October concert at Chicago’s UIC Pavilion, a third night at London’s Roundhouse, and a slot in Poland’s Malta Festival. European tickets are already on sale, while the American batch will be available starting Saturday, March 23.
