Lil Wayne Wants to Eat Your Liver With ‘I Am Not a Human Being II’ Album Art

Lil Wayne I Am Not a Human Being II album art

Lil Wayne was sprung from Rikers Island in 2010, but the Young Money head still fancies himself a modern-day serial killer. At least that’s what his I Am Not a Human Being II album art conveys.

Under the creative direction of Kanye West’s DONDA visioneers, the cover uses, simply, the familiar open-winged red Death’s-head Hawkmoth, the species recognizable for its association with the 1991 film The Silence of the Lambs. It’s unclear why the rapper is choosing to link himself to Hannibal Lecter now; it was Eminem who name-dropped fiction’s nastiest cannibal in his verse on Drake’s Weezy-assisted 2009 track “Forever.”

And while the rapper has been known to go hard on some sizzurp, we doubt Tunechi would risk violating the terms of his probation just to break into the bath salts.

I Am Not A Human Being II drops worldwide via Cash Money/Republic Records on March 26. It’s first single, “Love Me” (produced by Mike Will Made It), got an equally impressive promo gif to go with it, too.
