Back in July, we premiered the song ”Your Hand In Mine” off Vancouver post-punk outfit Peace’s sophomore full-length, The World Is Too Much With Us; now, the foursome (not to be confused with another Peace, the side project of WU LYF’s frontman) have released a video for the track. Directed by Liam Mitchell — whose diverse credits include videos for noise punkers Nu Sensae, Alberta senator Grant Mitchell, and clothing store Aritzia’s 2011 holiday campaign — the clip follows frontman Dan Geddes as he escapes the city for the country via a smoke-filled telephone booth, aided and abetted by creepily disappearing yet somehow ever-present guitarist Mike Willock. Check it out and be transported.
The World Is Too Much With Us is out now via Suicide Squeeze.
