Watch the up-and-coming R&B singer perform with B.o.B in first national television performance.
British up-and-coming R&B singer Jessie J is still relatively unknown in the United States, but the 22-year-old — who has co-written songs like Miley Cyrus’ “Party in the U.S.A.” — should see her profile rise after making her national television debut this weekend on Saturday Night Live. Jessie J performed two tracks from her solo debut, which is due out April 12. During the uplifting, soul-steeped jam “Price Tag,” J was joined by special guest B.o.B, but she let her inner-freak out during “Mamma Knows Best,” as she prowled across the stage like a burlesque dancer and unleashed her gale-force pipes.
