  • South by Southwest has announced the second batch of performers for the annual Austin, Texas blowout, which takes place in March. Among the 95 confirmed acts: Kanye-approved blue-eyed soul act Francis & the Lights, Dinosaur Jr.‘s J Mascis, British twee-pop band Noah and the Whale, the Jack White-touted songwriter Pujol, and rootsy alt-rockers Alberta Cross.
