On October 11, 2009 the legendary Roxy in Los Angeles will host RockstarKaraoke. The one-night event will feature well-known rock musiciansperforming classic rock karaoke to benefit the Painted Turtle, a camp forseriously ill children that provides a life-changingexperience to childrenwhose daily struggles often diminish both their desire to be well and theirability to lead a rich, productive life.
The line up includes Sugar Ray’s Mark McGrath, Dee Snider of Twisted Sister,drummer Jason Bonham, Kelly Hansen and Jeff Pilson of Foreigner, Lemmy ofMotorhead, Trevor Rabin, Rudy Sarzo of Whitesnake and Quiet Riot, Slim JimPhantom of Stray Cats and the Head Cat, Austin Winkler of Hinder, and manymore, including house band Dude Jones.
