Jay-Z announced 21 dates of a fall tour that takes him to arenas and college campuses throughout the United States and Canada, with more stops to be released soon.
The jaunt supports the release of The Blueprint 3, which is available today from digital retailers (CD fans will have to wait until Friday, Sept. 11). Jay pushed up the digital release date by three days without notice. The album leaked last week, and the extra few days of availability should help ensure that Hova snags the No. 1 spot on next week’s Billboard 200.

Jay now turns his attention to “Answer the Call,” his 9/11 benefit gig this Friday at Madison Square Garden.Tickets for that show go on sale at noon today, though a presale for Citi credit card holders is on now.
