Wilco, Bob Dylan, Iggy & the Stooges, Paramore, Chuck Berry (backed by the Silver Beats), and the Black Keys have been added to the bill for Baltimore’s third annual Virgin Fest, scheduled to hit Pimlico Race Course Aug. 9-10. The recent additions join an already hefty lineup featuring Kanye West, Foo Fighters, Nine Inch Nails, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, and Stone Temple Pilots, among others. [Via Billboard.com]

As if the likes of Radiohead, Beck, Wilco, and Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers wasn’t enough, Officials for San Francisco’s Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival have now unveiled a spattering of new performing acts. Lupe Fiasco, the Black Keys, Liars, Stars, Jackie Greene, Kaki King, and Nicole Atkins & the Sea will join the festival’s previously announced bill at Golden Gate Park Aug. 22-24. Single-day passes go on sale May 1 at 10 A.M. PST via SFOoutsidelands.com.

As we discovered last year when Hamilton Leithauser and crew performed “Red River” exclusively for SPIN.com at their Manhattan studio, the Walkmen have been hard at work on the proper follow up to 2006’s A Hundred Miles Off. And now, although a tracklisting and title are yet-to-be announced, we certainly have a release date: The band’s fourth full-length record will arrive Aug. 19 via Gigantic. [Via Pitchfork]
