Each Tuesday, Spin and JVC Mobile Entertainment present aRuby event, brought to you by Adidas Originals, at West Hollywood’s KeyClub, that offers undiscovered acts a chance to flaunt their talentsfor an always packed house of fans. But last night’s (Jan. 24) eventfeatured an act already basking in the limelight: Black RebelMotorcycle Club. Amidst a fervent crowd, including members of Kings ofLeon and actor Luke Wilson, BRMC took the stage, opting for an assortedset of solo performances from co-frontmen Robert Levon Been and Peter Hayes, in addition to the unfalteringly rocksteady full band set with drummer Nick Jago, which drew heavily from their back catalog, as well as latest LP, Baby 81.
