Director Luc Besson has recruited Madonna, David Bowie, Mia Farrow, and Snoop Dogg to make up an elite cast for the movie adaptation of his children’s book, Arthur and the Invisibles. While known for his action-packed films such as The Fifth Element and La Femme Nikita, Arthur and the Invisibles is rated a kid-friendly PG, and slated to be released around Christmas. This will be Besson’s first book-turned-animated feature. There’s no word yet if Madonna will follow suit with her children’s books, like 2003’s Kabbalah influenced The English Roses.

Talk: Will Madonna finally redeem herself of previous acting flops with this animated feature? COMMENT
