After a late summer jaunt through California, Texas, and then up the East Coast, System of a Down just announced their plans to go through western Canada and the Midwestern U.S. in the early fall after a two-week respite. The tour is in support of System’s new album, Mesmerize, which has already gone platinum since its release on May 17. Many of the dates for the second leg of their North American tour go on sale this weekend through the band’s official site. Several of the dates for the first leg of System’s tour are already sold out.
